Refund Policy

1. Paisa Aya Pro Subscriptions

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders.

You may cancel your Paisa Aya Pro subscription at any time. Cancellations will take effect at the end of your current billing cycle. We do not offer prorated refunds for partially used subscription periods. If you believe you were incorrectly billed, please contact Paddle support or our team within 7 days of the charge.

2. Digital Services & Finality

Paisa Aya facilitates digital interactions between audiences and content creators. Because our services (including screen alerts, tips, and media playing) are delivered instantly, all transactions are final and non-refundable once processed.

3. Media Share

When you pay to queue a video or song via Media Share, you are paying for the opportunity for your media to be played on a creator's stream.

Crucially, Media Share requests are strictly non-refundable, even if the creator skips, pauses, or deletes your request. Creators must moderate their streams to comply with platform guidelines (e.g., YouTube or Twitch terms of service). To protect creators from users intentionally submitting inappropriate content and demanding a refund, funds will not be returned if your media is skipped.

4. Fraud and Chargebacks

We maintain a strict zero-tolerance policy against "friendly fraud" and unauthorized chargebacks. Paisa Aya logs all transactions, IP addresses, and device identifiers immutably.

If you initiate a chargeback or dispute with your bank or payment provider after a service has been rendered (e.g., an alert was played), your Paisa Aya account will be permanently banned. We cooperate fully with payment providers and will submit evidence of the rendered service to dispute fraudulent chargebacks.

5. Contact Us

If you believe an unauthorized transaction was made on your account due to genuine fraud (e.g., a stolen credit card), please contact your bank immediately, and then reach out to us at support@paisaaya.com so we can investigate and lock the compromised account.
