1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing and using Paisa Aya ("Platform"), you agree to abide by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, you may not use our services.
2. Description of Service
Paisa Aya provides software tools for content creators, including live stream widgets, custom TTS voices, 3D avatars, and overlay management systems. We offer these tools through our free tier and our premium subscription, Paisa Aya Pro.
3. Billing and Merchant of Record
Our order process for the Paisa Aya Pro subscription is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our subscription orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns regarding your subscription.
Subscriptions are billed on a recurring monthly basis. You may cancel your subscription at any time through your dashboard or by contacting Paddle support.
4. User Conduct
You agree not to use Paisa Aya to:
- Transmit any content that is unlawful, harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, defamatory, or otherwise objectionable.
- Attempt to circumvent any payment blocks, limits, or moderation filters.
- Engage in fraudulent activities, including unauthorized use of credit cards or filing false chargebacks.
- Impersonate any person or entity, or falsely state or otherwise misrepresent your affiliation.
5. Intellectual Property
The Paisa Aya name, logos, and platform code are the intellectual property of Paisa Aya. Creators retain all rights to their own content and brand. Users submitting Media Share requests represent that they have the right to share the linked media.
6. Limitation of Liability
Paisa Aya is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not responsible for the content of streams, the media shared via our platform, or the actions of any creator or user. In no event shall Paisa Aya be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages.
